"Crow" the american crow
Transcript of the sign about Crow at Stony:
"When "Crow" was only six weeks old, he was found with a broken wing. The injury couldn't be repaired and he will never fly. He's lived at Stony Creek Metropark since 2001.
Crows have the intelligence of a three-year-old human, and can learn to imitate our voice. If he's in the mood, "Crow" says, "I wanna fly, fly!"
Crow is fed dog food, but in the wild crows eat insects, fruit, small mammals, and birds as well as roadkill.
Crow is brought inside the nature center building in the late afternoon to protect him from nighttime predators such as weasels."
